When I learned that the doctor was comng to Sweden I got quite exited. I heard all this good stuff about him and how good he is in every way, but he seems quite silly at a first glance.
However, I'll give him a few more chances before I give my final verdict and kick him out the door.

Why don't you just download Lost, Galactica, 24 and the like off of the torrent sites? That's how I'm keeping up with Doctor Who and Life On Mars, despite being an American.
OK, you might have some objection to downloading the shows off of file sharing, but if that's the case, you can spend the money and download them off of iTunes. All you have to do is call your credit card company and tell them you're going on vacation in America, and you need to add a US address to your credit card. Ka-pow! Now you have a credit card with an American address, so you can use it to download shows from the American iTunes store, which has most of the popular American TV shows for sale.
Anyway, those are my tips if you're missing your shows.
